Workved Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is building an Interior B2B eCommerce and Contracting Portal.

We are also a growing Coworking Space Business along with other businesses operated under the parent umbrella.

Role Overview:

As the Growth Hacking and Chief of Business Operations, you will be responsible for driving Workved Spaces' growth through innovative marketing strategies, efficient business operations, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the founder and management team to identify growth opportunities, implement scalable solutions, and optimize business processes.

This role directly impacts Workved Spaces' revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute growth hacking strategies to acquire new customers and increase customer retention, focusing on measurable results.

- Lead and manage all aspects of business operations, including process optimization, resource allocation, and performance management, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions, enhancing market share.

- Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to maximize brand awareness and lead generation.

- Collaborate with the product management team to identify and prioritize new product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market analysis, improving user experience and product adoption.

- Manage the P&L for key business units, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth, while optimizing resource allocation.

- Drive business development initiatives, including identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships and alliances, to expand market reach and revenue streams.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure accountability across teams, driving continuous improvement.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven growth strategies, leveraging analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer acquisition.

- Strong general management and business operations skills, including experience in process optimization, resource allocation, and performance management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
