About the Role

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for bringing deep hands-on expertise in Python, Databricks, SQL, and Power BI, focusing on supply chain and manufacturing data models. As a Group Manager in Data Analytics at WNS, you will operate independently, solve complex data engineering problems, and collaborate with global teams across various business and technical domains. This role is not about following instructions but rather designing, building, optimizing, and scaling data pipelines and analytical solutions from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize expert-level technical skills in Python, Databricks/Spark, SQL, and Power BI to design and construct complex pipelines comprehensively.

• Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in supply chain & manufacturing, particularly in inventory, logistics, and ERP data structures.

• Work with multiple ERP environments (approximately 37 systems, primarily SAP/Oracle) to integrate transactional and enriched data.

• Create enterprise-grade dashboards and analytics solutions such as Inventory at Risk and forecasting.

• Independently manage data engineering workflows from ingestion to modeling and reporting.

• Consolidate and automate data from various sources including Excel, Data Lakes, enrichment systems, and external sources.

• Communicate effectively and confidently with senior leaders (CFO, CPO, BU heads) through clear presentations.

• Collaborate with global teams across different time zones (US, Mexico, Poland), ensuring 23 hours of US morning overlap.

• Demonstrate proactive, self-driven problem-solving abilities and operate with minimal supervision.
