Group Manager - Data Analytics

Role Overview:
As a candidate for this role, you will be expected to leverage your deep hands-on expertise in Python, Databricks, SQL, and Power BI, coupled with a solid functional understanding of supply chain and manufacturing data models. Your responsibilities will involve independently tackling complex data engineering challenges and collaborating effectively with global teams across both business and technical domains. This position is tailored for individuals who possess the ability to design, construct, refine, and scale data pipelines and analytical solutions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating expert-level proficiency in Python, Databricks/Spark, SQL, and Power BI to develop intricate end-to-end pipelines.

• Showcasing solid knowledge in supply chain & manufacturing domains, particularly in inventory, logistics, and ERP data structures.

• Handling multiple ERP environments (approximately 37 systems, mainly SAP/Oracle) and integrating transactional and enriched data.

• Creating enterprise-grade dashboards and analytics solutions such as Inventory at Risk and forecasting.

• Independently managing data engineering workflows, covering ingestion, modeling, and reporting.

• Consolidating and automating data from various sources like Excel, Data Lakes, enrichment systems, and external sources.

• Displaying strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with senior leaders (CFO, CPO, BU heads) through clear presentations.

• Collaborating with global teams across different time zones (US, Mexico, Poland), necessitating a 23 hour overlap in the US morning.

• Demonstrating proactive, self-driven problem-solving abilities, working effectively with minimal supervision.
