About the Role

Role Overview:

The Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) will be a pivotal executive leader, responsible for orchestrating the seamless execution and strategic scaling of Peoplenomic's global operations from our Dubai hub. This role involves working closely with the CEO, regional managing partners, and functional heads to translate strategic vision into operational reality, ensuring consistent service delivery, optimizing efficiency, and driving profitability across all consulting practices. The GCOO will directly impact the firm's market leadership and client satisfaction by establishing robust operational frameworks and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to enhance service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all global consulting practices.

- Oversee the financial performance of the group's operations, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to achieve aggressive growth and profitability targets.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operational leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across all regions.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives and process re-engineering efforts to leverage technology, streamline workflows, and gain a competitive advantage in the consulting landscape.

- Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks, risk management protocols, and compliance standards to ensure operational integrity and consistency across all international engagements.

- Optimize resource planning and deployment across projects and geographies, ensuring optimal utilization of talent and timely delivery of high-quality client outcomes.

- Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to support business development and operational synergies.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated track record of 15-20 years in senior operational leadership roles within a fast-paced, global management consulting firm or professional services environment, with significant international exposure.

- Exceptional strategic planning and execution capabilities, with a proven ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable operational plans and drive large-scale change initiatives.

- Strong financial acumen, including expert-level P&L management, budgeting, cost optimization, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Superior leadership and people management skills, adept at building, motivating, and developing diverse, high-performing teams across multiple geographies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing at all levels, both internally and externally, in a multicultural environment.

- An MBA from a globally recognized, top-tier institution is highly preferred, alongside a relevant undergraduate degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment, with a strong commitment to operational excellence and client success, based full-time in Dubai.
