About the Role

As the Global Head - Client Acquisition at the coaching, mentoring, and leadership development platform, your role will be crucial in owning and scaling enterprise client acquisition globally. This is a unique opportunity that goes beyond a traditional sales leadership role, focusing on building and leading a high-performing acquisition engine while working closely with founders to shape the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. You will be responsible for driving large, strategic enterprise deals and building a predictable revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities: - Own Global Client Acquisition (End-to-End) - Drive new business across India, Middle East, and Europe - Own pipeline, conversion, and revenue targets
- Personally lead large, strategic deals

  • • Build a Scalable GTM Engine

  • - Define and execute go-to-market strategy by sector and geography
    - Focus on priority sectors (e.g., BFSI, Tech, Conglomerates)
    - Build repeatable sales playbooks and motions
  • • Sell High-Value, Outcome-Led Solutions

  • - Position WeAce as a performance partner
    - Sell integrated solutions: Coaching, Learning, Platform-led journeys
    - Anchor conversations on ROI and business impact
  • • Lead & Build the Global Sales Team

  • - Build and lead a high-performing acquisition team
    - Drive a culture of Ownership, Hustle, and Accountability
    - Coach the team on enterprise selling and deal closure
  • • Work Closely with Founders & Delivery

  • - Partner with founders on strategic accounts and key relationships
    - Ensure alignment between Sales promise and Delivery capability
    - Shape offerings based on market feedback
  • • Build Strategic Relationships

  • - Develop deep relationships with CHROs, Business Heads, CXOs
    - Establish WeAce as a trusted partner at the top
  • • Drive Platform-Led Growth

  • - Sell WeAce as a platform-first solution
    - Drive adoption of AI-enabled matching, Digital journeys
    - Position platform as a scalable growth lever

    Qualifications Required: - 15-20 years of experience in Enterprise sales/business development/consulting

  • • Proven track record of winning large enterprise deals and building/scale sales teams

  • • Experience in selling Leadership development/HR solutions/SaaS/consulting

  • • Strong exposure to global clients and multi-market selling
