About the Role

Role Overview:
The successful candidate for this role should be outcome-focused and possess a leadership style that encourages teamwork. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, collaborating across the organization, and achieving results with a sense of urgency and discipline. Your ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and meet deadlines is crucial. Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills are essential, along with the capability to challenge existing processes and adapt to change easily. In this position, you will provide support and leadership to the Global Cash & Utilities Operations management team with a focus on transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Drive key business initiatives and transformation efforts across the organization

  • • Support strategic planning by creating and presenting non-financial information for business reviews

  • • Establish objectives with Key Results and ensure proper measurement and reporting of metrics

  • • Develop future plans and strategies for operational support in alignment with business objectives

  • • Manage executive reporting and leadership meetings

  • • Facilitate group's People initiatives related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Recruiting, and Employee Recognition

  • • Identify areas for improvement, implement initiatives, and support the transformation agenda

  • • Lead and manage projects independently, from planning to execution, including tracking progress and providing analytics

  • • Utilize data for decision-making and support key messages

  • • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive change and deliver results efficiently
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 12 years of banking/financial services experience, preferably as a Vice President with expertise in Project Management and Transformation/automation

  • • Working knowledge of UiPath, Python coding, or similar tools is advantageous

  • • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • • Experience in data-based decision-making and project execution

  • • Ability to work independently, make proactive recommendations, and prioritize effectively

  • • Proficiency in developing executive-level content using Excel & PowerPoint

  • • Strong communication skills to influence upward and horizontally in a matrixed environment

  • • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question the status quo
