About the Role

Overview:

We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing who owns growth end-to-end. This role is not about running ads or chasing lead volume. It is about building a robust and scalable system.

You will be responsible for turning marketing spends into real revenue across multiple cities in India. This means deep control over funnels, conversion, retention, and unit economics. You will work closely with clinic operations, sales, and leadership, build and lead a high-performing team, and scale what works. Prior experience in healthcare or aesthetics is required.

This role is for operators who take full ownership, and are comfortable being measured on outcomes-not effort.

Key Responsibilities:



  • • Own all performance marketing channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms

  • • Design city-wise and clinic-wise acquisition strategies with clear CAC targets

  • • Ensure lead quality, not just lead volume

  • • Conversion Ownership

  • • Work closely with sales counselors, CRM teams, and clinic operations

  • • Build remarketing and CRM flows across WhatsApp, email, and paid channels

  • • Track cohorts, behaviour, and retention metrics

  • • Build, lead, and scale a high-performance team

  • • Manage agencies

  • • Set SOPs, dashboards, review rhythms, and accountability systems

  • • Present clear insights and decisions to leadership
  • Requirements:



  • • 8-10 years (minimum) of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing

  • • Mandatory experience in healthcare / aesthetics / wellness

  • • Proven track record of managing large ad budgets

  • • Strong understanding of funnels, CRM, attribution, and retention

  • • Experience scaling marketing across multiple cities or regions

  • • Comfortable working closely with founders and senior leadership
