Your mission
• Lead and develop our site in India• You will manage day-to-day operations with a focus on delivery capability, quality, and stable processes• Implement our corporate strategy in the Indian market in close coordination with the Global Head of Business Development• Adapt and implement our solutions to local market and operational conditions• Evaluating technical requirements, assessing feasibility, and deriving suitable implementation approaches• Working closely with on-site operations, service, and technical teams• Supporting customer projects, negotiations, and growth in the local market• Ensuring governance, compliance, and auditability• Signing defined documents as an Authorized Signatory within the scope of the DoA• Establishing efficient processes for international assignments (e.g., secondments to Germany)Your profile
• Valid work and residence permits in India• Several years of leadership experience (typically 10. years), ideally with responsibility for a location or business unit• You have a strong technical background (e.g., engineering, technical services, operations, or project/implementation)• Ability to thoroughly assess technical requirements, feasibility, and risks and translate them into well-founded decisions• Experience collaborating with technical teams, operations, and service units• Understanding of the implementation, operation, and scaling of technical solutions• Confident handling of governance, compliance, and external requirements (e.g., audits, regulatory agencies, partners)• Structured, pragmatic, and responsible work style• Excellent written and spoken English skills
Desirable:
• Experience in international corporate structures or matrix organizations• Building or scaling organizations• Industry knowledge in the energy, biogas, gas, or comparable industrial sectorsWhy us?
