About the Role

TEKSPACE is building a structured ecosystem to take ideas from concept to validation, incubation, and investment. You are sought as a Co-Founder Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead brand building, demand generation, and growth strategy right from the start. This is not just a regular salaried position; it is a foundational leadership role where you will collaboratively construct the marketing engine with the CEO and the core team, complete with equity participation and long-term benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Define and establish TEKSPACE's brand identity as a premium, structured innovation platform

  • • Craft messaging that aligns with Turning Ideas into Reality

  • • Create trust-driven positioning for founders, students, and investors

  • • Design and execute the go-to-market strategy

  • • Build inbound funnels for idea submissions, startup founders, and students & professionals

  • • Drive lead generation through digital, partnerships, and offline channels

  • • Own all digital channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and website funnels & landing pages

  • • Run campaigns such as SEO, performance marketing, and email automation

  • • Build TEKSPACE as a founder & innovator community

  • • Create engagement loops through events, webinars, workshops, and startup showcases

  • • Develop partnerships with colleges, incubators, and networks

  • • Work closely with the CEO and product team to position the idea evaluation platform and communicate the value of AI-based idea validation

  • • Support the design of pricing strategy, conversion funnels, and drive early-stage revenue experiments
  • Qualifications:

  • • Strong background in marketing, growth, or brand building

  • • Experience in startups, digital-first businesses, or platforms

  • • Ability to execute independently in the 0 1 stage

  • • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset

  • • Strong storytelling and communication skills

  • • High ownership and a long-term commitment mindset
  • This is a core founding role with real ownership and accountability. The compensation structure includes equity participation (typically 3% to 8% depending on profile), deferred salary until revenue generation or funding round/positive cash flow, and a vesting structure with a 1-year cliff and 34 year vesting period.
