About the Role

In this role at TEKSPACE as a Co-Founder Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for taking full ownership of brand building, demand generation, and growth strategy from day zero. This is a founding leadership position where you will work closely with the CEO and core team to build the marketing engine, with equity participation and long-term upside.

Key Responsibilities: - Brand Strategy & Positioning - Define and establish TEKSPACEs brand identity as a premium, structured innovation platform - Craft messaging aligned with Turning Ideas into Reality
- Build trust-driven positioning for founders, students, and investors

  • • Growth & Demand Generation

  • - Design and execute go-to-market strategy
    - Build inbound funnels for idea submissions, startup founders, students & professionals
    - Drive lead generation through digital, partnerships, and offline channels

  • • Digital Marketing Execution

  • - Own all digital channels: LinkedIn (primary), Instagram / YouTube (storytelling), Website funnels & landing pages
    - Run campaigns: SEO, performance marketing, email automation

  • • Community & Ecosystem Building

  • - Build TEKSPACE as a founder & innovator community
    - Create engagement loops: Events, webinars, workshops, Startup showcases
    - Develop partnerships with colleges, incubators, and networks

  • • Product Marketing Alignment

  • - Work closely with CEO and product team to position idea evaluation platform
    - Communicate value of AI-based idea validation
    - Translate features into clear user benefits

  • • Revenue & Monetization Support

  • - Support design of pricing strategy, conversion funnels
    - Drive early-stage revenue experiments
