As a Field CISO at TechDemocracy, your role will involve operating at the intersection of executive advisory, solution leadership, and revenue growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CISOs, and business leaders, assisting organizations in transforming their identity programs into core security controls aligned with Zero Trust, compliance, and risk reduction objectives. This position goes beyond presales activities, focusing on market-facing thought leadership to shape strategy, influence buying decisions, and ensure the successful execution of enterprise IAM programs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Acting as a strategic advisor to CIOs, CISOs, and security leaders on Identity Security transformation• Leading executive discussions on IGA maturity, Zero Trust, Agentic AI, Non-Human Identity (NHI), and risk-based access• Translating IAM capabilities into business outcomes, compliance alignment, and measurable risk reduction• Representing TechDemocracy in industry conversations, client forums, and strategic pursuits• Leading IAM pursuits and driving revenue growth across strategic and new accounts• Owning and shaping deal strategy, solution positioning, and executive messaging• Driving RFP/RFI responses, proposals, pricing strategy, and deal closure• Aligning solutions with customer business drivers, not just technical requirements• Architecting and positioning enterprise IAM solutions across various areas• Developing high-level and low-level architectures aligned to enterprise environments• Leading POCs, demos, and solution workshops with a focus on business value• Guiding adoption of emerging capabilities like Cloud IAM, CIEM, NHI governance• Driving IAM transformation programs, including Identity lifecycle (JML), Access governance & certifications, Compliance and audit readiness• Partnering with delivery teams to ensure feasible, scalable, and successful implementations• Providing executive oversight across key engagementsQualifications needed for this role include:
• 14+ years of experience in IAM / Identity Security / CybersecurityRequired Skills:
• Deep expertise in: SailPoint (IIQ / ISC), Saviynt (EIC / IGA), Identity Governance, Access Management, and PAM• Proven track record in: Presales, solution selling, and closing enterprise deals• Influencing executive stakeholders and leading strategic conversations• Strong understanding of: Zero Trust Architecture, Compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, SAMA, etc.)• Experience working with global clients and distributed teams• Ability to lead across sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems• Strong commercial acumen (pricing, licensing, deal structuring)• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skillsTechDemocracy is committed to diversity and inclusivity.
