Job Description:

Role Overview:
You will be a part of Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD), a global organization consisting of strategic sellers, industry and security experts, engineers, data scientists, architects, consultants, and delivery specialists. Together with partners, you will assist Microsoft's strategic customers worldwide in addressing their unique challenges and providing industry-specific solutions. ISD focuses on innovation and driving value for customers' digital and AI transformation journey through cutting-edge solutions powered by Microsoft Cloud and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent GCID in the delivery of large transformational deals from origination through delivery stabilization

• Work with cross-functional teams and provide customer-facing executive leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Orchestrate across architects, project managers, and technical delivery teams within GCID

• Drive the strategy for project delivery aligned with committed project outcomes and develop robust project plans

• Initiate and mobilize delivery teams to ensure alignment and achieve expected delivery outcomes

• Be part of Microsoft steering committees, enabling faster executive decision-making and escalation paths for delivery

• Ensure financial performance of the deal including Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) and ISD revenue

• Implement effective quality management and change control techniques across the delivery cycle

• Anchor key relationships with internal and external stakeholders through strategic communications to drive high customer satisfaction

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 20+ years experience in project management

Qualifications Preferred:

• Experience in driving large transformational projects as CTO/CIO or delivery leader at a technology/IT services organization

• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification

• 8+ years financial management experience

• Agile certification (Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner, or Professional Scrum Master)

• Experience in creating and managing intellectual property (IP) or publications
