About the Role

As a Deputy Vice President - HRBP in this NBFC company, your role involves actively working with the CHRO to formulate and implement HR policies and provide timely solutions on people matters. You will be responsible for improving organizational structure and culture, providing change leadership, and talent management. Your key responsibilities include:

  • • Overseeing and leading the complete talent management, talent development, performance management, and engagement strategy.

  • • Implementing new policies, procedures, and programs in support of the business.

  • • Identifying trends and recommending solutions to improve employee experience, engagement, performance, attrition analysis, and retention strategies.

  • • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Exit.

  • • Working closely with zonal/regional teams on all discussions with stakeholders.

  • • Handling grievance resolution, employee engagement, and more.
  • To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

  • • Good stakeholder management skills.

  • • Prior experience in team management.

  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • • Regular MBA (HR) is preferred.
