About the Role
Myntra's CEO Office is the nerve centre of strategic decision-making, driving the company's most critical cross-functional initiatives. As Program Manager, you will work directly with the CEO and the senior leadership team to translate vision into execution — managing high-impact programs, facilitating structured problem-solving, and ensuring alignment across business verticals.


This role is designed for a high-ownership individual who thrives at the intersection of strategy and operations, with the ability to zoom in on details while maintaining a clear line of sight to organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Management

  • • Own end-to-end program delivery for CEO-sponsored initiatives spanning technology, growth, supply chain, and brand.
  • • Build and maintain integrated program roadmaps with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
  • • Drive weekly and monthly operating cadences — SteerCo reviews, OKR check-ins, and leadership forums.
  • • Proactively identify programme risks and escalate with recommendations before they become blockers.

  • Executive Communication . Stakeholder Management

  • • Prepare high-quality briefing notes, strategy memos, board decks, and presentations for the CEO.
  • • Act as the conduit between the CEO and business verticals — translating strategic intent into clear team-level goals.
  • • Manage stakeholder relationships across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams.
  • • Represent the CEO's Office in cross-functional forums, driving consensus and accountability.

    Organisational Effectiveness

  • • Drive the CEO's strategic planning cycle — annual operating plan, goal-setting, and mid-year reviews.
  • • Design and improve governance frameworks, decision-making protocols, and information flows.
  • • Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and structured problem-solving sessions with leadership.
  • • Track and report on company-wide strategic metrics and KPIs.

  • **Qualifications . Experience
    Must Have**

  • • .8 years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a Chief of Staff / strategy role at a high-growth startup or Internet company.
  • • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programmes with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft board-level narratives.
  • • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency essential).
  • • MBA from a Tier 1 institution, or equivalent demonstrated track record.

  • Good to Have

  • • Prior experience in e-commerce, fashion-tech, or consumer internet.
  • • Exposure to product or technology programme management.
  • • Familiarity with OKR frameworks, agile methodologies, or strategic planning tools (Notion, Jira, etc.).
  • • Experience working directly with a C-suite executive or Founder.
