About the Role

As a Delivery Head (QA + Automation Testing) in the Banking domain at Qualitykiosk Technologies Ltd, you will be responsible for leading large-scale delivery operations, driving digital transformation, and owning P&L accountability for Banking domain clients. With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in service-based IT, you will join a global leader in Digital Quality Engineering and have the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 clients across 27 countries.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: - Possess banking domain knowledge and demonstrate strong delivery and technology excellence. - Lead strategic project management and large service-oriented teams to drive profitability, customer success, and people success agenda. - Proven experience in Agile, DevOps, technology, and digitization automation-driven projects.

• Contribute to strategic and policy development, allocate accountability, and manage career development of staff.

• Provide expertise in cutting across units and make tactical decisions impacting business development.

• Review and finalize budgets, monitor project parameters, and provide strategic directions to the Testing Function.

• Engage in policy development, prepare and roll out quality processes, and develop testing competency in line with organizational needs.

• Implement new methods, programs, and procedures to conduct effective testing across various projects.

• Review current testing issues, conduct research, and provide corrective actions to be enforced.

• Support Senior Management in taking testing-related business decisions and provide status and progress reports.

• Review estimates and costs for proposals.
Qualification Required: - B.Tech / B.E. / MCA (with good academic track record) + MBA (preferred).
• Possess 1-2 globally accepted certifications.
