About the Role

  • Has an understanding of briefs requirements, communication strategy and clients’ perspective and execution of campaigns along with team members. Provide concepts for digital, offline and social media campaigns.

  • Working in collaboration with/or under the direction of the Senior Creative in the company. Have meaningful ownership. You’ll make important decisions about the way the client work looks and works.

  • Create original work as well as co-ordinate with content writers to come up with creative design solutions for clients. Develop the visual tone, and messages that will shape into the most effective communication for the concerned brand.

  • Design website, microsite, web banners and other digital communication collateral. Nurture . develop key talent by creating robust review mechanism of your team. Keep up to date with new technologies, rapidly evolving cultural and social trends to ensure our clients benefit from ideas relevant to the target audience and improved creative output which should be shared within the agency

  • Have a value adding solutions focus by understanding the impact of the communication solution on the business challenges of the client. Ability to pro-actively address the possible road blocks / barriers for the successful implementation of solutions. To ensure ultimate quality and client satisfaction on assigned campaigns.
