About the Role

As a Content Design Vice President in consumer and community banking, you will play a key role in elevating user engagement through strategic content design, fostering inclusive and intuitive digital experiences. Your responsibilities include developing and executing content plans for inclusive, usable product experiences, shaping customer experiences through content, and leading strategically important initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in content design and architecture to provide guidance and direction in the narrative structure of products and services. Additionally, you will champion inclusive design and customer experience to contribute to the success of JPMorgan Chase's user experience design efforts.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and drive content strategy aligned with business requirements and user experience goals - Collaborate with design, product, and research teams to ensure consistent voice and narrative structures across products and services - Champion inclusive language for a diverse audience, ensuring seamless interactions throughout the customer journey

  • • Execute and deliver content solutions following best practices, controls processes, and project requirements

  • • Participate in customer research to understand user needs and behaviors, partnering with Experience Researchers

  • • Synthesize multiple data sources to inform and strengthen content strategy

  • • Deliver content components and lead content governance and approvals process

  • • Present work confidently and articulate the strategy and measurable impact of content decisions to senior leadership and key stakeholders

  • • Contribute to and help evolve content and AI systems, including standards, voice and tone guidelines, and accessibility libraries
  • Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in content design, editing, writing, strategy, and information architecture with a focus on digital products

  • • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences

  • • Proactive mindset with the ability to independently plan, prioritize work, and consistently deliver quality results

  • • Experience collaborating within design teams and cross-functionally with Product Managers and Software Engineers

  • • Deep understanding of content platforms and their impact on user experience

  • • Ability to connect business value and product strategy to content design decisions

  • • Comfortable presenting work to stakeholders and articulating content strategy effectively
