About the Role

As a Client Partner at Tiger Analytics, you will be responsible for offering cutting-edge AI solutions to clients, addressing complex business challenges, and showcasing significant business value. Your role will involve collaborating closely with a team of consultants, data scientists, and data engineers. Here are the key responsibilities you will undertake on a typical workday:

  • • Manage client relationships across one or more clients

  • • Focus on providing innovative solutions and expanding the client account, with a strong emphasis on revenue growth and management

  • • Lead client workshops to identify high-impact problems that can be addressed through AI-based solutions

  • • Translate potentially ambiguous business problems into clear analytic problem statements

  • • Work in tandem with delivery teams to design Data and Analytics solutions

  • • Demonstrate proficiency in techno-functional consulting and senior stakeholder management

  • • Engage in a multifaceted role involving hands-on contributions, customer interactions, and team supervision

  • • Articulate how analytical outcomes enhance clients' business and financial metrics

  • • Contribute to organizational development by sharing best practices and staying abreast of the latest industry trends
  • Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • • Strong grasp of the Data and Analytics landscape

  • • Proficiency in stakeholder management, project governance, and connecting analytics to delivered business value

  • • Experience in business development and presenting solutions to prominent clients

  • • Proven track record of expanding client accounts and managing clients at various levels

  • • Knowledge of Data, DS/ML/AI techniques, and the ability to interpret results from a business perspective

  • • Profound understanding of how analytics influences decision-making in one or more industries/functional areas

  • • Ability to translate high-level business problems into a roadmap and problem statement

  • • Expertise in scoping, developing, validating, and deploying explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytics solutions

  • • Exposure to industries such as BFS, Retail, CPG, Logistics/Shipping/Supply Chain

  • • Proactive approach in pursuing and cultivating new business opportunities from existing clients

  • • Outstanding presentation and communication skills

  • • Contributing to the revenue management process, including pipeline development and revenue planning to achieve or exceed revenue targets

  • • Entrepreneurial mindset to devise and execute strategies for Account Growth while aligning with company strategy and culture

  • • Exceptional people management, team-building, and motivational skills

  • • Minimum of 18 years of relevant experience

  • • MBA from a reputed institute is preferred
