About the Role

As a member of Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) team, your role involves working with a diverse group of professionals to provide comprehensive and industry-specific solutions to Microsoft's strategic customers worldwide. By leveraging Microsoft Cloud and AI technologies, you will play a key role in driving value across customers' digital and AI transformation journey. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: - Envision, develop, and deliver transformative opportunities with clients by understanding their needs and implementing digital transformations. - Provide executive leadership and oversight to deliver quality solutions for strategic accounts. - Identify quantitative value and business outcomes for customers and drive incremental cloud consumption.

  • • Lead AI-first delivery models and move solutions into production-grade enterprise deployments.

  • • Drive innovation through thought leadership in customer industries and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to executive decision-makers.

  • • Serve as the single point of accountability for customer satisfaction and develop strategic account plans.
  • Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 20+ years of experience in project management or equivalent.

    Additional Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in driving large transformational projects as a CTO/CIO or delivery leader at a technology/IT services organization.

  • • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.

  • • 8+ years of financial management experience.

  • • Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification.

  • • Experience in creating and managing intellectual property (IP) or publications.
