What makes the role meaty?


We at Licious are looking for enthusiastic folks to lead our cities


  • • Enabling the growth of the city, identifying avenues to grow orders and get new customers including but not limited to geographical expansion in the city

  • • Ensuring efficient Hub and Last mile Operations while achieving agreed budgetary and service levels and providing an effective and reliable service to customers

  • • Cross function liaisoning: Category, Marketing Sourcing, Finance, Replenishment, Vendors, Administration, and General management issues including the management of staff

  • • Proactively identifying issues and problems before they arise

    • What you will do


  • • Collaborate with all teams to identify assortment, marketing and other customer levers for the city

  • • Handle the city operations team to ensure smooth operations

  • • Deliver best customer experience at minimum cost with key metrics - on-time delivery, complete orders and orders without complaints

  • • Identify and fix leakages in the system - wastage, pilferage and any other areas to optimize cost

  • • Maintain system hygiene in inventory, order management, and other system controls

  • • Keep the team motivated and accountable at all times

  • • Graduate/Post graduate with strong experience of 4. years in operations

  • • Highly data-driven individual who enjoys on-ground operations

  • • Experience of operating in a fast-paced high growth environment

  • • Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic organization
