As the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Wealth Management at 1% Club, your role will be pivotal in leading the strategic direction and operational aspects of our high-trust advisory business. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities:
Role Overview You will be responsible for: - Owning the investment philosophy, portfolio strategy, and regulatory compliance - Leading the advisory team and client operations
Key Responsibilities - Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management - Define and own the investment philosophy and asset allocation framework
- Lead portfolio construction, security selection, and risk-adjusted return strategy
- Oversee advisory portfolios across different mandates and products
- Maintain all client documentation audit-ready at all times
- Amend internal processes promptly with regulatory changes
- Collaborate with partners to evaluate and expand product shelf
- Monitor portfolio performance versus benchmarks
- Maintain high renewal rates and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brand authority
- Ensure timely collection from vendors
- Champion a compliance-first, fiduciary-driven investment culture
