About the Role

As a Corporate Head HR at our client's growing company in the manufacturing sector, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

Role Overview:

  • • Lead the implementation and optimization of robust HRMS tools to enhance HR operations and ensure integration with other business systems. Utilize HR analytics and data for decision-making and process improvement.

  • • Coordinate with talent recruitment agencies for sourcing and hiring employees with the right skills and cultural fit.

  • • Manage the employee life cycle, including pre-joining engagement, post-joining documentation, induction programs, buddy & mentor allocation, and grievance redressal.

  • • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, conduct cycles of recognition and rewards, and address employee relations issues.

  • • Provide training and mentorship to employees and oversee corporate communication, employer value proposition, and branding efforts.

  • • Ensure HR policies comply with legal requirements and facilitate cross-functional team meetings and quarterly town halls.
