Chief Strategy Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Chief Strategy Officer. The Chief Strategy Officer will be responsible for developing and executing the organization’s strategic initiatives, overseeing business planning processes, leading executive-level discussions on company growth, and identifying opportunities for innovation. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operations with long-term objectives and ensuring the financial health of the organization. Strong leadership and critical thinking will be essential to ensure the successful implementation of strategies for sustainable growth.

Qualifications
• Proficient in Strategic Planning and Business Planning to develop and execute key organizational initiatives.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Comprehensive understanding of Finance to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
• Proven experience in Executive Management to lead teams, manage resources, and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with different departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience in strategic roles with a proven track record of driving organizational growth is highly desirable.
