Leading Group of Companies in Hyderabad is hiring for a Chief Strategy Officer / Chief Growth Officer. Looking for Chartered Accountants with extensive experience in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions in Power / Energy / Oil / Construction / Metals / Mining domain.

Education: Chartered Accountant

Experience: 20+ Years

Specific Experience Required: Experience in Mergers & Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis for the group

- Partner with business heads to improve profitability and cost optimization

- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements

- Present financial insights to Board of Directors and investors

- Lead and mentor the finance teams across locations

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

- Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and compliance across all entities

- Manage fundraising, banking relationships, and treasury operations

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience

- Prior experience as CFO / Group Finance Head

- Strong exposure to multi-business / multi-location operations

- Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic finance
