About the Role
As the Chief Sales Marketing Officer at Maestro Realtek, you will play a key role in managing the overall marketing and sales strategy within the organization. Your responsibilities will include designing, executing, and evaluating long-term and short-term sales communications. This involves tasks such as advertising, promotions, pricing, market research, branding strategy, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies for sales management and product development.
Manage distribution channel management and building brand philosophy.
Advise on brand-building strategies and effective marketing business plans.
Provide strategic vision for direct marketing channels and lead coordinating Maestro's sales functions.
Participate in fixing and approving annual and quarterly targets project-wise.
Provide leadership in day-to-day operations while maintaining focus on company goals.
Manage budgets and monitor operating budgets/sales collection targets.
Seek new customers and opportunities, initiate action plans to secure new business.
Promote the Maestro brand domestically and internationally through initiating channel partners.
Generate revenue and develop key account management strategies.
Monitor the effectiveness and ROI of each event.
Plan and sell training data for client retention and social media activity.
Establish performance goals for employees and monitor them on a continual basis.
Identify and attend trade shows to find potential new business opportunities.
Keep abreast of developments in the marketplace and potential risks.
Implement a rapid growth strategy and risk mitigation strategy.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
