About the Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Revenue Officer to join our consumer durables and home appliances manufacturing company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.

As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a key role in developing and executing revenue generation plans, analysing revenue data, and leading a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement revenue generation strategies to drive business growth.

- Analyse revenue data and market trends to identify opportunities for increasing revenue.

- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets.

- Collaborate with other senior executives to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.

- Monitor and report on revenue performance to the executive team and board of directors.

- Identify and pursue new revenue streams and business opportunities.

Requirements

- 20+ years of experience in revenue analysis, revenue growth, and revenue generation.

- Experience in a growing mid to large segment domestic business, working closely with the managing director and promoters.

- Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth in a manufacturing or related industry.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
