Role Objective
To act as a strategic partner to the founders, driving critical initiatives across supply chain optimization, business operations, partner engagement, and category expansion. This role will ensure that strategic priorities are turned into operational realities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a force multiplier for the founders-translating strategic vision into operational plans and actionable outcomes.
- Lead and track cross-functional projects across sourcing, logistics, partnerships, and technology implementation.
- Use strong supply chain knowledge to support cost control, procurement strategies, vendor development, and service level improvements.
- Facilitate effective decision-making by gathering insights, preparing briefs, and ensuring execution follow-through.
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and department heads to manage priorities and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Support business reviews, investor reporting, and board communications.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and support market entry initiatives for sectors like Solar, EV, and Defense.
- Drive internal process improvements, governance, and performance tracking systems.
Candidate Profile
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain.
- 8-15 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, or operations management.
- Deep understanding of supply chain practices, vendor ecosystems, and distribution models.
- Proven experience managing high-impact projects with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in startups, trading, logistics, or industrial sectors preferred.
