Reporting To: Chairman

Role Overview

- The Chief of Staff to the Chairman will serve as a high-trust, strategic partner and execution anchor, working closely with the Chairman on enterprise-wide priorities, strategic initiatives, and high-impact decision-making.

- This role requires a high-calibre leader with strong exposure to strategy, operations, and transformation, capable of driving cross-functional alignment, governance rigour, and execution discipline across global business units.

- The position operates at the centre of the organization, interfacing with leadership teams across geographies and functions to ensure clarity, speed, and accountability in delivering on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Advisory & Chairman Office Support

- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Chairman on strategic, operational, and organizational priorities

- Support in shaping long-term strategy, growth roadmap, and enterprise transformation agenda

- Provide structured problem-solving support, including market analysis, business case development, and decision frameworks

- Bring external perspective, benchmarking, and best practices to leadership decision-making

2. Execution of Strategic Initiatives

- Drive end-to-end execution of Chairman-led strategic initiatives across business units


- Translate strategic priorities into clear execution roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs


- Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact programs


- Act as a program manager for mission-critical cross-functional initiatives

3. Governance & Performance Management

- Design and institutionalize governance cadence, including MBRs, QBRs, and leadership reviews


- Track key business metrics across geographies including revenue, profitability, and operational KPIs


- Drive accountability across leadership teams through structured performance tracking


- Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and execution outcomes

4. Cross-Functional & Global Coordination

- Act as a central coordination hub across global business units and functional leaders

- Break silos and ensure alignment across strategy, operations, finance, and regional teams

- Facilitate decision-making across complex, multi-stakeholder environments

- Enable faster execution by ensuring clarity and communication across teams

5. Business Transformation & Growth Programs

- Lead and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including digital, operational, and commercial programs

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and growth acceleration

- Work on strategic projects including M&A, partnerships, and new business initiatives

- Support execution of CEO/Chairman-sponsored strategic priorities across geographies

6. Stakeholder Management & Communication

- Prepare high-quality board materials, presentations, and strategic communication for the Chairman

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, and advisors

- Ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment in the communication of strategic priorities

- Act as an extension of the Chairman in internal reviews and leadership forums

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 12- 18 years of experience across management consulting, corporate strategy, or CEO/Chairmans office roles

- Strong track record of working closely with CXOs, Chairman, or CEO's office

- Experience driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs

- Exposure to multi-business or multi-geography organizations preferred

- Strong understanding of business performance management and governance frameworks

Leadership Competencies

- Structured thinking and problem-solving (strong consulting toolkit mindset)

- High execution orientation with attention to detail and follow-through

- Ability to operate in high ambiguity and high-stakes environments

- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

- High level of maturity, confidentiality, and executive presence

Educational Background:

- Full-time graduate in any stream

- Full-time MBA/Postgraduate degree from Tier-1 institutions only
