About the Role

As a rapidly expanding EdTech organization dedicated to transforming education through innovative, technology-driven learning solutions, we are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to lead our digital marketing function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and achieve revenue growth. Your strategic leadership will play a key role in combining analytical insight with commercial acumen to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and execute a results-oriented digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and revenue goals. - Oversee the marketing P&L, ensuring effective budget allocation to optimize ROI and meet profitability targets. - Lead all aspects of digital performance marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email campaigns, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships.

  • • Drive data-driven decision-making using analytics, reporting, and marketing automation tools.

  • • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team, instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.

  • • Strengthen the organization's brand positioning and lead campaigns that enhance global market presence.

  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with strategic business priorities.

  • • Identify emerging markets and opportunities to expand the companys digital footprint.
  • Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.

  • • Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.

  • • Track record of delivering measurable business growth and managing marketing P&L responsibility.

  • • Proficiency in performance marketing, data analytics, and digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • • Strong analytical skills to track KPIs, manage budgets, and report on ROI to senior stakeholders.

  • • Experience in managing digital campaigns across international markets.

  • • Superior leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities.
