We are seeking a Product Designer to join our Design team, dedicated to building and evolving shared patterns and components, user journeys and overall experience design across our expanding suite of products. This role will focus on a consistent and approachable experience for our users. As we continue to grow, a cohesive design that spans multiple products is critical. We are looking for a designer with experience in multi-product environments who can work collaboratively across teams to develop, refine, and implement experience design that scale.

We're looking for an experienced UX- designer with an eye toward customer needs and data insights. You'll work with multiple teams and disciplines in- a- positive- atmosphere that- encourages- continuous collaboration.- In this role,- you'll drive design projects from conception to implementation and maintain a continuous dialog with customers along the way.-

This is a full-time role that can be held from our HQ in Gurgaon.

What you'll do at Airtel Payments Bank:

- Contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making regarding cross-product design systems.

- Define and communicate a clear vision for shared design patterns that can be utilized across various products.

- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other design teams to ensure consistent implementation of design components.

- Create, iterate, and refine design system components, including flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.

- Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of the design system across the organization.

- Deliver outcomes by creating customer-centric designs.

- Balance evolving business goals and implementation realities.

- Produce flows, storyboards, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and other artifacts.

- Participate in design brainstorming, reviews, and working sessions with an agile, multi-disciplinary team.

- Communicate, collaborate, and build consensus around experience architecture and interaction design direction.

- Build useful,- accessible, and clear designs that perform well.

- Work closely with product managers, user researchers, and engineers to coordinate usability and A/B testing efforts, interpret results, and incorporate insights into the design.

- Partner with developers through implementation phase to realize design vision.

- Always be learning and prepared to share new learnings that- encourage- pushing the envelope for interactions and experiences.-

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

- 9+ years of experience designing UX and UI with a mandatory focus on design systems.

- Experience working independently and collaboratively to explore design solutions from concept to implementation.

- Proven ability to create simple, scalable solutions for complex user experiences across multiple products.

- Experience managing complex projects that involve collaboration across different teams and organizational boundaries.

- Proficiency using prototyping or concepts to communicate design decisions effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence with storytelling

- Hustle. Thrives in an evolving, fast paced, ambiguous work environment.

While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

- A deep understanding of how design systems operate within large, multi-product companies.

- A passion for creating inclusive, user-friendly designs that cater to a broad audience.

- Experience mentoring junior or early-career designers.

- A knack for identifying and solving ambiguous problems, shaping them into clear, actionable goals.
