About the Role

As the Head of Technology, you will be responsible for leading the India IT function by being a strategic thinker with strong execution capability. Your role will involve building high-performing teams, delivering enterprise-grade systems, and aligning technology initiatives with global business objectives. The ideal candidate for this position combines technical credibility, operational discipline, and inspirational leadership to drive innovation, transformation, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs

• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems

• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing IT teams

• Drive performance management and capability development

• Establish a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into technology solutions

• Provide strategic advisory to leadership on technology investments

Qualifications Required:

• 1518+ years of experience in IT leadership roles

• Proven experience managing teams of 100+ professionals

• Strong background in enterprise applications, cloud (Azure preferred), integrations, and data platforms

• Experience in global delivery models

• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF, Agile)

• Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation initiatives
