About the Role

As a dynamic and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in our fast-paced IT organization in Bengaluru, your role will involve driving talent strategies, fostering an inclusive culture, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to ensure organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and execute HR strategies aligning with the company's vision and growth objectives.

  • • Partner with the executive leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.

  • • Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts to build a high-performing workforce.

  • • Design and implement leadership development programs and succession planning.

  • • Ensure equity and compliance in rewards strategies.

  • • Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and other statutory requirements.

  • • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workplace.

  • • Develop metrics to track progress and impact.

  • • Leverage HR technology and analytics to drive decision-making and measure HR impact.

  • • Stay updated on HR trends and implement innovative solutions.
  • Qualifications:

  • • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the IT sector.

  • • Proven expertise in strategic HR management, organizational development, and change management.

  • • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

  • • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
