About the Role

As the Chief Human Resources Officer in a leading financial services organization, you will be responsible for driving HR initiatives for a frontline-heavy sales & distribution setup. Your role will involve working closely with the business to ensure a high-impact leadership in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Proven experience as a CHRO / HR Leader with a strong background in business partnering

  • • Handling large frontline sales & marketing populations effectively

  • • Demonstrating a deep understanding of distribution-driven organizations, especially branch/field heavy setups

  • • Exposure to performance management, productivity enhancement, organizational design, and talent strategy implementation

  • • Collaborating closely with leadership to drive growth in a dynamic environment
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Full-time MBA in HR from Tier 1 / strong Tier 2 institutions

  • • 15-22 years of experience in BFSI / Financial Services / Fintech industry

  • • Proficiency in Tamil language is mandatory

  • • Strong career tenure with no frequent job changes

  • • Chennai-based location or willingness for serious relocation
  • Please note that candidates from IT/Tech/Non-BFSI backgrounds, pure COE/L&D profiles without frontline exposure, candidates without sales org exposure, and those falling outside the specified experience band will not be considered for this role.
