Key Responsibilities: - HR Strategy & Business Alignment - Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the construction business model. - Ensure HR policies support project-based workforce planning, talent retention, and operational efficiency. - Drive HR transformation and digitalization for optimized workforce management.

  • • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning - Develop a project-based hiring strategy for skilled and contract workforce.

    - Reduce hiring time while improving recruitment efficiency and workforce retention.
