As a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Shills Professional, your role is crucial in building and scaling a strong, high-performance organization.   • • Performance & Culture Development

  • - Implement KPI/KRA-driven performance management systems
    - Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and measurable results

  • - Identify and groom future leaders within the organization
    - Build strong mid-level and senior management capabilities
    - Establish structured learning and development programs

    Qualifications:

  • • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills

  • • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • • Experience in beauty, retail, FMCG, or D2C industry preferred
