As an experienced HR professional, you will be joining Aptivision Technologies, an innovative AI-powered HR-Tech platform company focused on revolutionizing recruitment, talent acquisition, technical assessments, resume intelligence, job matching, and workforce solutions. Your expertise in the recruitment ecosystem, job portals, and HR technology trends will play a crucial role in scaling this startup globally.

  • • Role Overview: You will be stepping into the role of an HR Strategy Advisor / HR-Tech Product Mentor, bringing in-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, job portals, talent acquisition technologies, and global hiring trends. Your strategic guidance on product development, market positioning, user adoption, and global expansion will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company. - Key Responsibilities: - Provide insights into the operations of leading job portals and recruitment platforms.

  • - Analyze industry trends and propose innovative features for the platform.
    - Identify gaps in existing job portals and recommend unique solutions.
    - Advise on AI-driven recruitment, candidate engagement, and talent assessment capabilities.
    - Guide the development of employer and candidate-centric platform features.

    - Study global job boards, ATS platforms, and HR-Tech products for market research.
    - Benchmark features against industry leaders and suggest enhancements.
    - Identify opportunities for product improvement and competitive positioning.
    - Recommend strategies for enhancing platform adoption and engagement.

    - Advise on scaling the platform across international markets and recruitment practices.
    - Support go-to-market strategies for global customers and build partnerships.
    - Mentor founders and leadership team on HR industry best practices.
    - Provide recommendations on talent acquisition, workforce trends, and HR compliance considerations.

    - Leverage professional networks to create partnerships and opportunities.
    - Introduce potential clients, strategic partners, and industry experts.
    - Assist in positioning the company within the HR-Tech ecosystem.

  • • Required Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, HR Consulting, or HR-Tech.

  • - Strong understanding of job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment technologies.
    - Experience working with platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, or similar.
    - Knowledge of recruitment workflows, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.
    - Understanding of global hiring practices and recruitment trends.
    - Experience mentoring startups, founders, or HR teams is highly preferred.
    - Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
