• Proven experience (ideally 20+ years) in senior HR leadership roles - CHRO / HR Director / VP-HR / equivalent in a manufacturing/engineering or heavy-industry / industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant for manufacturing/factory operations.
