As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Capital Markets & IPO Leadership, your role will involve leading or playing a key role in successful IPOs for Indian companies or holding senior finance leadership positions in listed industrial/manufacturing businesses. Essential responsibilities include:
• Leading IPO readiness, regulatory filings, due diligence coordination, SEBI and stock exchange liaison, investor relations, and scaling systems to listed-company standards.• Demonstrating deep knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, Ind AS, and IFRS. Experience with NSE listing processes, DRHP/prospectus preparation, disclosures, and full IPO lifecycle management is highly preferred.• Showcasing a proven track record in equity and debt fundraising, managing bankers, underwriters, auditors, and legal advisors. You should be able to lead financial transformation, strengthen governance, upgrade reporting systems, ensure audit readiness, and execute IPO strategy within 12-24 months.• Leading strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and capital allocation aligned with growth objectives. Experience in scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, improving margins, managing treasury, and ensuring long-term shareholder value is critical.• Demonstrating strong expertise in corporate governance, internal controls, ERP implementation, compliance frameworks, and proactive risk mitigation (currency, interest rate, customer payments, operational risks).• Acting as the primary financial spokesperson, leading earnings calls, roadshows, investor meetings, and ongoing stakeholder communication. You must demonstrate strong presentation skills, credibility with investors, and the ability to articulate strategy confidently.• Preference for candidates with global exposure and experience in industrial/manufacturing or capital-intensive sectors. Ability to align Indian operations with global best practices and collaborate with international stakeholders is important.Qualifications required for this role include:
