About the Role

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations, strategy, and growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include managing the company's international branches, developing and implementing financial strategies, and providing leadership in budgeting and forecasting processes. You will work closely with the Management Team and other key stakeholders to optimize financial efficiency and ensure long-term financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and implement the companys financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • • Provide leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

  • • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports.

  • • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with the business.

  • • Manage the companys cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies.

  • • Lead and mentor the finance department team.

  • • Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

  • • Communicate the companys financial position and strategy to stakeholders.

  • • Oversee the process of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) if required.

  • • Oversee financial strategies for international branches and forex management.

    • Key Qualifications:

  • • Education: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

  • • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role. Experience in managing international financial operations and strong expertise in financial modeling and risk management.

  • • Skills and Competencies: Expertise in financial software, advanced Excel modeling, analytical abilities, and effective communication skills.

  • • Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making abilities, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.

    • Work Environment:
    This position will be based at our headquarters with occasional travel to other offices or locations as needed.
