Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Location: Bangalore, India

Experience Required :

15-25 years overall experience with:

- 5-10+ years in CEO / Business Head / P&L Leadership / Managing Director / COO type roles

- Proven experience managing multi-vertical service organizations

- Strong exposure to IT Services, Staffing, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, and Operational Businesses

Role Summary :

The organization is seeking a commercially sharp, execution-focused, and transformation-oriented CEO to lead and scale a multi-business technology and outsourcing group.
The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise across:

The incoming CEO will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, improving profitability, strengthening leadership structure, enhancing operational maturity, and positioning the group for long-term global expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership :

- Define and execute long-term business strategy aligned with organizational growth goals

- Build scalable operational frameworks across all business verticals

- Lead expansion initiatives in North America, India, and emerging global markets

- Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, acquisitions, and diversification opportunities

Revenue & Business Growth :

- Drive aggressive revenue growth across IT services, Salesforce consulting, staffing, outsourcing, and technology solutions

- Build enterprise sales strategies and strengthen key account management

- Improve client acquisition, retention, and account expansion metrics

- Develop strategic GTM models for AI, cloud, staffing, and managed services businesses

Operational Excellence :

- Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance management systems

- Optimize delivery efficiency, utilization, and operational margins

- Build scalable processes for recruitment, delivery, finance, and customer success

- Drive automation and AI adoption across business functions

Financial & Commercial Management :

- Own overall P&L, EBITDA growth, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

- Improve cost efficiency, resource utilization, and operational profitability

- Work closely with finance and compliance teams to ensure governance and risk control

- Drive investor-ready business reporting and operational transparency

Technology & Innovation Leadership :

- Provide strategic direction across Salesforce, AI automation, cloud services, app development, managed services, and digital transformation initiatives

- Stay aligned with emerging market trends and evolving technology ecosystems

- Build innovation-led differentiation strategies

Leadership & Culture :

- Build and mentor senior leadership teams

- Drive accountability, performance culture, and organizational alignment

- Lead restructuring and transformation initiatives where necessary

- Improve employee engagement, leadership depth, and retention

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Strong leadership experience in IT services / digital transformation / staffing organizations

- Proven track record of scaling revenue and operations

- Expertise in managing global clients and distributed teams

- Strong commercial acumen and operational discipline

- Experience managing multi-functional departments simultaneously
