Chief Executive Officer

Company Overview:

A fast-growing fashion e-commerce D2C startup focused on hair-fashion, aiming to blend creativity, technology, and commerce. The CEO will work closely with the founder to scale global B2C and B2B operations.

Education: Top-tier B-school (IIMs / ISB) or Fashion/Design institutes (NIFT/NID)

Location: Ahmedabad

Reports to: Founder

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Leadership:

- Define and drive the company's vision and long-term growth strategy

- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition

- Position the brand for global expansion

2. Sales, Marketing & Brand:

- Lead B2C and B2B sales, marketing, and brand collaborations

- Drive customer acquisition (performance marketing, influencers, social media)

- Build strong brand identity and customer experience

- Expand into new product/categories

3. Operations & Execution:

- Oversee daily operations (inventory, logistics, website, customer service)

- Manage supply chain, sourcing, and vendor relationships

- Optimize product assortment, pricing, and fulfillment

- Implement scalable systems and SOPs

4. Financial Management:

- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

- Drive revenue growth and profitability

- Optimize costs across operations and supply chain

5. Team Leadership:

- Hire and lead cross-functional teams

- Build leadership bench and company culture

- Mentor and develop senior team members

6. Technology & Innovation:

- Oversee e-commerce tech stack and tools

- Leverage data, analytics, and emerging tech (AI, personalization)

- Drive innovation in customer experience and operations

7. Compliance & Risk:

- Ensure legal, tax, and regulatory compliance

- Manage business risks (operations, data security, supply chain)
