Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with one of the B2B SAAS companies that we are providing advisory. The CEO will focus on driving the organization's strategic vision, overseeing financial performance, and developing and executing business plans to achieve growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading operations, managing high-level client relationships, and ensuring the alignment of organizational goals with market demands. The CEO will also oversee sales strategies, foster key partnerships, and engage with stakeholders to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications

  • • Prior experience in scaling up B2B SAAS companies and pref global expansion exp

  • • Expertise in Finance, including financial analysis, planning, and budget management.

  • • Proficiency in Operations Management and leadership to optimize business processes and team performance.

  • • Strong experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to drive organizational growth and future goals.

  • • Proven capability to manage Sales activities and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.

  • • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a strong advantage.

  • • Track record of successfully scaling organizations and global expansion is highly desirable.

  • • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
