About the Opportunity

We are building a next-generation longevity and healthspan chain of clinic in India - a premium, membership-driven concierge model designed to deliver integrated, personalized preventive healthcare and continuous health optimization.

While the current ecosystem remains fragmented across diagnostics, wellness clinics, and therapy providers, longevity science today spans genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, microbiome, regenerative medicine, advanced diagnostics, advanced nutrition, and lifestyle interventions. The next frontier lies in integrating these domains through AI and technology-enabled platforms, delivering deeply personalized, continuous care led by functional medicine specialists, supported by round-the-clock monitoring and engagement, to create a truly holistic and proactive approach to lifespan and healthspan optimization.

Our vision is to build a 360-degree health stewardship platform - functioning as a long-term personal health office for members - combining:

· In-house capabilities (health intelligence, diagnostics, data layer)

· Curated partnerships (regenerative medicine, global clinics, wellness retreats, specialized therapies)

The model prioritizes continuous monitoring, personalization, and high-touch engagement, with an initial rollout across five major Indian metros, followed by scaled expansion.

Role Mandate

The CEO will be responsible for building this pan-India business from the ground up, translating vision into a pan-India ultra-premium, and globally scalable platform. This aims to be a globally benchmarked, category-defining organization of its kind.

This is not a traditional operator role. It requires a founder mindset - someone deeply entrepreneurial, with strategic depth and execution rigor. The ideal candidate brings a genuine passion for the longevity and healthspan mission, with a personal alignment to the philosophy of living longer and healthier. They should possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to engage and collaborate with highly accomplished stakeholders, and the discipline to translate vision into execution. This role demands ownership, commitment, and the ability to build from first principles, operating with both speed and precision. The individual will be responsible for shaping the direction, culture, and long-term success of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Build . Strategy

· Define and operationalize the longevity platform architecture (clinical, digital, partnership layers)

· Execute founder’s vision into a replicable business model (membership, pricing, unit economics)

· Shape positioning as a premium, trust-led brand in an emerging category

2. Experience Design

· Build a high-touch concierge health model (not transactional care)

· Design end-to-end member journeys - onboarding, assessment, interventions, continuous engagement

· Integrate multi-domain services into a coherent, seamless experience

3. Ecosystem . Partnerships

· Along with the leadership/ board, identify and onboard best-in-class partners across:

o Regenerative medicine

o Advanced diagnostics

o Wellness . health resorts

o Global longevity centers

· Build a curated network rather than a fully owned infrastructure model

4. Market Launch . Expansion

· Lead go-to-market strategy across initial metros (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai etc.)

· Build a premium member acquisition engine (HNI / UHNI / global clientele)

· Drive expansion roadmap (India . potential international corridors)

5. Team . Organization Building

· Hire and build a founding team across clinical, product, operations, and partnerships

· Establish a high-performance, execution-driven culture, with a strong ownership mindset and a commitment to responsiveness and availability aligned with a 24/7, member-first service model, while consistently delivering a seamless and exceptional experience.

· Design org structure for both central intelligence . city-level operations

6. Financial . Operational Discipline

· Build and manage P.L, unit economics, and capital allocation

· Balance premium experience with scalable economics

· Ensure operational excellence in a high-touch service model

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

· 15. years of experience with at least:

o Experience in consumer healthcare, wellness, or premium hospitality and concierge services

o Building/scaling consumer-first services/platforms (preventive health, luxury, concierge, lifestyle)

· Prior 0 → 1 or 1 → 10 build experience strongly preferred

· Exposure to global markets / cross-border ecosystems is a plus

Capabilities

· Strong strategic thinking . hands-on execution ability

· Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from first principles

· Deep understanding of consumer behaviour in ultra-premium segments

· High comfort with multi-stakeholder ecosystems (clinical . consumer . partners)

· Deeply AI-first and tech-oriented mindset

Leadership Traits

· Founder-like ownership mindset

· High energy, bias for action

· Strong communication and narrative building ability

· Ability to attract and inspire top-tier talent

Nice to Have

· Exposure to longevity, functional medicine, or preventive healthcare

· Experience with membership or subscription-led models
