Role Overview:

As the CEO - Real Estate Residential, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational excellence of the residential business. You will lead a large team, manage significant P&L responsibilities, and drive business development initiatives to further expand the company's market leadership. This role requires close collaboration with the board of directors, senior management, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives and to deliver exceptional value to customers and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall strategic plan for the residential business, aligning with the company's vision and growth objectives, to ensure sustainable profitability and market leadership.

- Manage the P&L for the residential business, overseeing financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation, to maximize profitability and return on investment.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of professionals across various functions, including sales, marketing, construction, and customer service, to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

- Drive business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth, including land acquisition, partnerships, and strategic alliances, to expand the company's market presence.

- Oversee all aspects of residential real estate operations, ensuring efficient project execution, quality control, and adherence to timelines and budgets, to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government officials, and industry partners, to enhance the company's reputation and influence.

- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, identifying emerging opportunities and threats, to adapt the company's strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards, promoting a culture of integrity and transparency throughout the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful corporate strategies, driving business growth and profitability in the residential real estate sector.

- Proven expertise in managing P&L responsibilities, overseeing financial performance, and making strategic investment decisions.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

- Strong understanding of real estate operations, including project management, construction, sales, and marketing.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors, government officials, and industry partners.

- Deep knowledge of the residential real estate market in South India, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
