About the Role

As an experienced leader in the field of AI and Data Science, your role will involve establishing and leading the AI and Data Platform DevSecOps function within the delivery portfolio. You will be responsible for designing and operationalizing an end-to-end operating model for AI/ML, Data Engineering & BI, and Data Platform solutions post go-live. This new role requires creating the DevSecOps operating model from the ground up, including Incident Management. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering small change requests/enhancements and managing the product enhancements backlog with Product Owners to ensure prioritization and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Design and operationalize an end-to-end Development Support operating model for AI & Data deliveries

  • • Establish L1/L2/L3 support framework, defining RACI, ownership boundaries, escalation paths, and coverage model

  • • Lead the management of production incidents across AI & Data applications

  • • Drive continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis

  • • Lead governance forums across AI Studio Delivery & business stakeholders

  • • Define 'Intake Model' for Platform DevSecOps hand-off from AI Studio Engineering teams

  • • Own Transition Governance for onboarding new AI & Data solutions into support
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Experience supporting cloud-based platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, DataBricks

  • • Front-end skills in React, Angular; backend skills in Python or Java with API

  • • Familiarity with LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and Prompt Engineering

  • • Exposure to AI/ML operational support, model monitoring, or MLOps

  • • Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and DevOps pipelines

  • • 10+ years of experience in DevSecOps Support/Managed Services/IT Operations, with a minimum of 3+ years operating as a Support Lead

  • • Education: BE/B-Tech
