About the Role

You will be responsible for leading the Data & AI business at Minfy as the Chief Data & AI Officer (CDAO). Your role will involve building a mature and scalable Data & AI practice to drive revenue growth, partner recognition, and pipeline creation. It is crucial to note that this is not a traditional back-office CDO role but rather a strategic leadership position requiring expertise in foundational data platforms, cloud ecosystems, data engineering, and applied AI.

Key Responsibilities: - Drive Data & AI-led revenue growth in collaboration with Sales and GTM teams - Establish Minfy as a recognized Data & AI partner with customers and hyperscalers

  • • Develop a sustainable Data & AI practice with strong second-line leaders

  • • Maintain a balance between external market presence and internal capability building

    • Qualifications Required:

  • • 18+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, and AI leadership roles

  • • Strong technical expertise in data platforms, cloud data ecosystems, data engineering, and data warehouses

  • • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, and modern analytics platforms

  • • Proven ability to influence revenue, pipeline, and GTM outcomes

  • • Global exposure with experience working across geographies
