About the Role

As the Chief Business, Marketing and Operating Officer (CBMOO) of the organization, your role involves defining and executing strategies and policies for business development activities. You will closely collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Board of Directors to oversee operational aspects such as corporate and business development, strategic planning, and budget development.

Key Responsibilities: - Effectively manage day-to-day operations and promptly address any business disruptions. - Design, plan, and implement business strategies, plans, and new initiatives. - Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success.

  • • Develop new business initiatives, foster strategic partnerships and alliances, and lead expansion activities.

  • • Introduce new and innovative products to the market to increase originator and investor participation.

  • • Supervise decision-making and operational efficiency in front office treasury activities to manage financial risks and investment performance.

  • • Collaborate with the CEO to develop a growth strategy and business plan.

  • • Liaise with the CFO to ensure operations run within budget and optimize costs when necessary.

  • • Work with the Chief HR & Admin Officer to maintain administrative policies and procedures.

  • • Collaborate with the CTO to identify technology gaps and develop strategies to address them.

  • • Coordinate with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure all business activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • • Define key business performance indicators and targets to achieve desired outcomes.

  • • Assess asset risk profiles and provide appropriate credit enhancements to meet investor needs.

  • • Build partnerships and an ecosystem for the company to enhance market visibility and lead flow.
  • As the CBMOO, your strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with extensive experience in business administration and operational functions, will be crucial for effective team management and leadership in this role.
