Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to lead global expansion, strategic partnerships, and large-scale deal acquisition. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in closing high-value energy or infrastructure deals and building long-term investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead global business development strategy across India, Africa, Europe, Australia, and emerging markets  

- Identify, pursue, and secure large-scale solar, wind, and hybrid energy projects (utility-scale, C.I, government tenders)  

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including governments, EPC partners, corporates, and institutional investors  

- Structure and close high-value deals, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships  

- Drive project pipeline growth from origination to financial closure  

- Lead investor outreach including private equity, infrastructure funds, and strategic investors  

- Collaborate with technical, finance, and execution teams to ensure successful project delivery  

- Represent Bluth Solar in global forums, negotiations, and industry events  

Candidate Profile

- 10. years of experience in business development, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or EPC sectors  

- Proven track record of closing deals in the range of INR 10 Crore to INR 1000. Crore  

- Strong network across global energy markets, including government and private sector stakeholders  

- Experience in raising capital, project financing, or investor relations  

- Deep understanding of international markets, regulatory environments, and tendering processes  

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills  

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-scaling environment
