Chief AI Officer

Role Overview :

As the Chief AI Officer, you will spearhead the development and implementation of InsuranceDekho's AI strategy, driving innovation and transforming the insurance landscape. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, optimize operational efficiency, and create new revenue streams. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of insurance through cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with InsuranceDekho's business objectives, driving innovation and competitive advantage.

- Lead the research, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning models to improve customer acquisition, risk assessment, fraud detection, and claims processing.

- Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into InsuranceDekho's platform and products, enhancing user experience and driving business growth.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including AI vendors, research institutions, and industry experts, to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI.

- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI, adhering to data privacy regulations and industry best practices.

- Communicate the value and impact of AI initiatives to senior management and stakeholders, securing buy-in and driving adoption across the organization.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Drive the adoption of AI best practices across the organization, ensuring consistency and quality in AI development and deployment.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful AI strategies that drive business outcomes.

- Proven expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex business problems using AI.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- 8-12 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
