About the Role

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of operations. You will work closely with the board of directors, executive team, and key stakeholders to drive growth, ensure financial sustainability, and advance the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a clear vision and strategy aligned with market trends and customer needs - Identify new market opportunities and potential business partnerships - Conduct regular strategic reviews and make necessary adjustments

  • • Oversee all aspects of operations, including service delivery, project management, resource allocation, and quality control

  • • Ensure efficient and effective service delivery to clients within agreed-upon SLAs

  • • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed

  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, lead client acquisition initiatives, and manage the sales pipeline

  • • Work closely with the Finance head to manage financial health, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

  • • Build and lead a high-performing team, foster a positive company culture, and identify future leaders within the organization

  • • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

  • • Foster a culture of innovation, keeping abreast of the latest technologies and trends in software development and product engineering
  • Required Skills And Qualifications: - B. E. / B. Tech. / B. Sc. / M. Sc. / M. Tech., MBA

  • • At least 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role

  • • Proven track record of successful leadership and ability to motivate employees

  • • Deep understanding of IT service delivery models, technologies, and industry best practices

  • • Strong business acumen with experience in financial management and strategic planning

  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams

  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The company offers a package ranging from 30 LPA to 40 LPA.
